AVANT APPAREL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope everything you’ve purchased from Avant Apparel is to your satisfaction, however, if it isn’t we’ll be happy to give you a full refund within 7 DAYS of purchase and an exchange within 30 DAYS of purchase (provided it is the same price or lower)
Where a refund is applicable, we will gladly do so on your purchase (or the difference on the return when exchanging) through the same method you used to purchase the item. We ask that the items be returned to us unworn, with their tags on and in the condition they were received in.
Please be informed that items bought on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged whatsoever.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- The garment should be in its original packaging, with all the tags attached.
- A completed returns note with the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund on your purchase with details of the new item.
- Make sure the return is sent back to our address on the contact page. Please make sure you keep your courier receipt as a proof of postage.
- We will let you know when we receive and approve your return.
- We will then issue a credit note or if you wish, send the item you would like in exchange.
Please note that all financial responsibility until we receive the return is yours.
PLEASE TRY ITEMS ON WITH CARE
If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund you may return the item on condition that:
- The garment is clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- The item is unworn and is in the condition you bought it in
- Is unwashed
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
