  1. When will my order arrive?

Your item should arrive 5-7 days after successful completion and payment of the order.

 

  1. How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

Once we receive your return you will receive a full refund, within 3-5 working days additionally, please note that returns can take up to 21 days to get back to us.

 

  1. There is an item I like, but the site says it is sold out. Will you be getting more in?

Depending on availability of fabrics and season, we have a selection of items available on backorder. Please email info@avantapparel.co.za for more information on back orders.

 

  1. How do I find out more information on an item I am interested in?

The different items on the shop all contain short information stubs with the fabric composition, care instructions, and back and front views of the item. Additionally, you can email info@avantapparel.co.za for more information on items.

 

  1. How does the appro process work with Avant Apparel?

  1. How do I know if an item is in stock?

The website should notify customers of the availability of an item alternatively, you can drop us a mail to confirm that we have the item you are looking for in stock

 

  1. Can I collect my order instead?

Sure! We will notify you when you can pick up your item after placing and paying for your order.

 

  1. How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an email to the email address you provided, confirming your order and payment.
